• April 3th First Saturday 5-9pm downtown-Egg-stravaganza - Celebrate Easter weekend with an Egg-stravaganza!  Adults can enjoy a Downtown Easter Egg Hunt while the kids will enjoy lots of bunny fun throughout downtown.  The Easter Egg Hunt includes fun offers and coupons from your favorite downtown merchants - grab and egg from over 40 locations!  The kids will love meeting the Easter Bunny who will be hopping through downtown, guessing the number of jelly beans, making bunny ears and more! Also, enjoy guest artists, exhibit openings and special activities at downtown's many specialty stores and restaurants from 5 - 9pm.

First Saturday
  • Rock Climbing- Join The Trail House and Shenandoah Mountain Guides for an introductory rock climbing clinic on the second Saturday (one exception)of each month from March to June 2010: March 13th, April 10th, Sunday May 9th , June 12th, . The clinic will begin at 12:00 at The Trail House. From there we will carpool to a local climbing cliff where the clinic will be held. During the afternoon, participants will have a chance to learn the basics while testing themselves on several rock climbs. All safety equipment will be provided, however participants should be prepared to spend an afternoon in the outdoors. Long pants are preferable to shorts, sneakers preferable to boots. If you are interested, please sign up at The Trail House. Payment is due in full upon sign-up. This clinic is provided at an introductory cost of $25.00 per person.
